Did Toccet better his 2yo top of 4.0 in the race at Philly Park recently? The final time wasn\'t anything special, but then again I don\'t follow Philly at all.

He actually did run a new top. Since he only won by less than a length, it\'s an awful tough beat for those who bet against him at 1-10.
