No major jump-ups except for TROPONIN (4-pt) & ASSOCIATE (11.50-pt forward move in first start after change form Linda Rice and subsequent pair-up in next start).  Nevertheless, he appeared to get a high% to move forward who were either coming off O/X races and lengthy gaps between last pair/tops.  clearly everything was moving forward even though it didn\'t result in many significant jump-ups.

I won\'t comment on juice, jump-ups and other hints and allegations, but one thing is clear: Rick Dutrow gets an A+ for placement of his horses. He must sleep with the condition books under his pillow.

If I were allowed only one general criticism of t-bred trainers as a whole, it\'s that they routinely overclassify their horses. From the sample sheets provided, it\'s clear that Dutrow puts his horses where they can WIN.

Water. Hay. Oats. Maybe a carrot or two.
