No Advanced FG 4/1 betting at OTB

This is an edit.  Earlier this morning Capital OTB announced they would be taking advanced betting on tomorrow\'s FG card.  Now they just announced it is not going to happen.  Looks like NYS or FG shot them down.

We don\'t sell hardcopy at FG, but if you can post here you should be able to get it online.
