The Pena Case: Why Are There No Positive Tests?
« on: September 01, 2012, 11:05:46 AM »
NYSRWB is in a state of desperation after their star witness, Dr. George Maylin, head of the state\'s equine drug testing program, testified that \"We didn\'t find it and I don\'t know why.\"

But he is guilty...\"Goodell asked the hearing officer to rule that Pena\'s silence was a matter of \"adverse inference\" or that his failure to testify is a sign that wrongdoing occurred. Parenti said he would consider Goodell\'s claim.\"

All these racetracks need is a sign in the window that says \"we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone\".

Problem solved.
Right?
