Tale of Moe
« on: December 29, 2012, 01:17:12 PM »
In today\'s 8th at the Gulf, Moe Man, according to DRF, raced at Hoosier Park
on August 14. No record of this race on the TG sheet.

Moe is an interesting study. While he has a pattern which will lead Thoro-
purists to toss him immediately, he has 4 times run a TG # good enough to beat
many of his shorter priced rivals. Almost one year ago, he ran a # at GP fast
enough to take this race. ML 12/1.

Also today at GP, best of luck to Covel\'s Screenplay, running in the 7th in a
tough starter handicap. The honest Screenplay has won at five different
tracks in his last 12 starts.

Happy New Year to all.

Glad you brought this to our attention. Somehow or another we misplaced, lost the last 2 races (7 and 8) at Hoo for that day. We have to reload the results into our database and check that we have the figures and/or make them anew if we have to. May take a day or two.

Richiebee,

Thanks for the heads up on Screenplay. Together with the Analyses\'
Brother Pat it was a terrific script!
Thanks Thorograph for the complimentary data.

Thanks for the good thoughts guys. Was a fabulous day overall. Gulfstream takes alot of criticism but for my money, watching the races from the outside boxes down here is as nice of a spot to watch your horses run as anywhere in the country.

Happy New Years to everyone.
