Tough day at the office
« on: April 20, 2013, 07:46:06 PM »
Guys,

Just wanted to thank everyone for all of the great thoughts ahead of the race today.

We laid an egg.  Terrible race. Sorry for anyone who bet on him. I feel bad that suggested that he would handle the surface but everyone who lost should know that I went down with the ship as well.

Back for more tomorrow with Screenplay at Keenland who I felt good about coming into the weekend but I would be lying if I didnt say I was gun-shy after today.

Hope everyone else fared better thaan me.

I will be at CD tomorrow morning. At least I can\'t lose any money watching breezes.

No shame Cov.  You ran into Pletch.  I still respect you and your statements, your horses, and your thoughts.

Do what I do -- blame the polytrack. I hate that sh*t.

Broke a little slow, had to rush up, unexpected pace pressure on a polytrack surface, I don\'t think you should give up on him yet on that surface the race dynamics just were against him..  Thnaks for the heads up on screenplay..i\'ll check him out..
