I mentioned a few months ago this was happening, that certain horsemen in California were trying to get Rick Arthur out of his job because he was doing too good a job. Rick is one of the few making a full on attempt to protect bettors and honest horsemen.

If necessary I\'m going to organize a bettors boycott to stop this. Watch this space.
