Adequan and Legend are simply therapeutic. I have no problem with that or the jugs (as described). I do have the same problem as many with the overuse of bute and banamine.
But what is really interesting here is that Incognito received Thelin. Thelin was developed to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension in humans, but has since been withdrawn from the market (for human consumption) due to liver toxicity. I have made a cursory attempt, but cannot yet find it on any medication list for NY or any state. Surely it must be listed though, right? It is not listed (unless I missed it) on the (NY) Rules of Racing as listed on NYRA\'s site under Horsemens\' tab, under Medication and Testing.
