Race 5 was bad field of MCL, 1st time Kimmel on drop w/ equipment change; Race 10 { I did not use so not a red board } another suspect group and winner back to turf where she  paired 18\'s only two turf races. Considering opposition not impossible to reach with either horse.

I don\'t think him wining two races with longshots qualifies him as a drug lord...In the last race it\'s an expensive NY bred going back to turf which he showed a preference over dirt..The other race though was definitely a tough sell especially at the odds but in those kinds of races it happens, the interesting thing was the odds..

agree but also would be nice to know when jocks decide loose their minds and cut up fractions that make cheep races fall apart... as an aside does C.J. Ross moonlight as a CA steward? They left me up in the tenth race at Fairplex.. at least they are consistent...

The first one was bet well enough, could have been 20-1 easily.

 The other should probably have been shorter on pure dope, so hard to say if they bet much at all. Barn certainly had fresh coin.

 What was that 4000 win bet on the #6 (10th race) that showed up at the open? 60-1 in the exacta pool.

 Saw something the other day at CD. A nearly impossible longshot got bet 5000 ACROSS THE BOARD at the bell. 60-1 to 12-1.  Up the track. Crazy stuff , could be a mistake, you\'ll never know.

Don\'t think anything drug related was there but 10/1 on that first one was nuts so it seems to me someone knew that one was running today after the barn change which is why I said the odds on that one was interesting.

Not with young horses that have had only one or a couple of starts, it\'s not that uncommon to see that type improve with racing esp off a drop in class, even with a trail line.If those Kimmel horses were drugged, it didn\'t work, they ran too slow,both pathetic default winners.

Both Kimmel horses raced in HORRIFIC fields and the MSW FL dropper with one start was selected by Andy Serling/Maggie on looks (default type selection)

Two slow garbage cans winning is frustrating but buckle up if you\'re going to gamble the Aqueduct winter meet,gonna happen often.

Cub, it\'s not all cheating, sometimes bad races, esp NY Bred slow rats, will produce aberrational results.

I would guess that at least half the horses that pay $50 or more are second out lifetime. I use a lot of those at big prices.

I put together (and didn\'t play) a 4k pick 6 ticket, would have lost in that photo to the 60-1 shot. I was using three in the first leg, the two faves and Kimmel. That horse had much better works since Kimmel got it, as Maggie noted.

The Kimmel who won the last race, imo, was full of run in her first lifetime start, she was buried on the rail, she was learning and green, she looked to have a good kick, if you watch it carefully on replay. Her next 3 starts she had legit excuses...2nd time out she hated the blinkers and moved like she despised them (while also looking rank in the post parade, she was hating life even before the race began) her next start she lost the jock and her most recent race she didnt like the off track. She was finally back to a situation where she could duplicate her first lifetime start, and she did. Certainly a havable horse.

This had nothing to do with drugs, this is a talented horse, sometimes the PPs at quick glance don\'t tell the entire story.
