Las Vegas Simulcast Blackout -- Churchill(?)

I heard this morning there may be a Las Vegas blackout of the Churchill Downs simulcast including the OAKS/Derby cards due to an increase demand for carrying the signal. I have not been able to substantiate -- anyone know anything about this?
