On Jake, My Miss Sophia is two or more points slower than 4 others in the Oaks.

Yes, they overstate ground loss. But there\'s slow and there is SLOW.

not sure I agree..nor do I understand why it matters here....but seems to me her dirt top and pattern are NOT 5th best in race....this year I think is very very interesting between the 2 of you. Numbers aside, its how people read them. Its so subjective, I dont know how anyone can claim superiority. Just reading board here, I am guessing there will be 4-6 horses some tg users will like that other tg users wont. Same thing on jake board. Its gambling....taking odds vs numbers....and no matter whose numbers are more accurate, unless its obvious, it really comes down to how u read a pattern vs odds....I think u guys both do solid work. Not looking to cause a stir, just a fan of both.

You can read any pattern any way you want, but lower is better on both. They have 4 horses with a clearly better top than Sophia, unless you have different Jake sheets than the ones I have.

The way you claim superiority is by results, and by common sense. Results as in a lot of people winning contests (or not), common sense as in Tapiture\'s last (4th by 7 behind who?) being as good as Cal Chrome\'s and the Fla Derby horses\' last, better than Vicar\'s. (Or not).

And by the way, re Vito\'s comment on the Sherman board-- the exact same argument could be made in reverse, except more so. As you might be able to tell by the number and level of posts on both boards, people are switching one way, not the other.

well, I dont disagree on contest wins, etc....lower is better....to me, a few in the oaks off tops are patterns I play against....I also dont dispute the sheer numbers of customers...congrats on that.....but my major point is after a race you can come up with explanations on either set of numbers...im sure if tapiture wins the derby, there may be a tg case...or a jake case...or whoever wins..excpet maybe cc.....and I havent seen either final numbers  yet, but ill buy both......and go from there.
