I\'ll try this as a \"blind\" item and see if you guys can fill in the blanks.

I couldn\'t help but notice that a certain NY Supertrainer, ___________________, is training horses for some of the same owners, like ___________________, that a former NY Supertrainer from my misspent youth, __________________, worked for.

I couldn\'t help but notice that a certain NY Supertrainer, Frank Whiteley, Jr., is training horses for some of the same owners, like Idle Hour Farm, that a former NY Supertrainer from my misspent youth, Herbert John Thompson , worked for????

I would guess you mean Dutrow, Jr.  I believe he trains some horses for James Riccio and Vincent Scuderi who had horses with Peter Ferriola in the late 80\'s...

If they ever have another Aqueduct Racetrack
scene on THE SOPRANOS, perhaps Mr. Dutrow should play the part of the trainer.

Good Luck,

I would have never have gotten this one because I was convinced that Todd Pletcher had never worked for Jeff Lukas.

Other than Saratoga (when pops came to town) he handled the New York string back in the heyday.
