unlimited budget hasn\'t been the same since her 2 big #\'s last year. Look at her 2 other races this year. I wouldn\'t say this is caused by testing

The testing is a positive for sure, but I think the efforts whacked her pretty good. If you look at her training, it\'s pretty spaced out! Never a good thing..
