The 1st race at Finger Lakes, today, has the following the condition:

For Fillies and Mares Three Years Old and Upward Trainers Who Have Not Won A Race At Time of Entry And Stabled Currently On The Grounds Which Have Not Won A Race Since April 18, 2014. Three Year Olds 119 lbs; Older, 124 lbs. Claiming Price $5000.
