at The Spa, everything is computerized and I just took it for granted in this day and age historical information is \"in the system\" somewhere. Yesterday at Del Mar I tried to cash the pik 4 ticket by telling the IRS window person \"I don\'t have my social Security card, but I\'m in your system as having done it before\". She opened a personal diary book and told me \"if you\'re not in my book, You\'re not cashing it\". Thinking she might be a bit of a kook, I went to another window. Same deal.
I now apparently have to mail it with a photo ID and copy of my SS card back to Del Mar? At The Spa, I told the clerks I was \"in the system\" - they looked it up and cashed me out. Could this be impossible at Del Mar?
