Arlington Race 3
« on: August 23, 2014, 02:51:47 PM »
A storm just rolled through the Chicago area and this race has been delayed for about an hour.  They are clearing the track of the standing water.  last time I saw this happen the track was biased toward speed and the rail.  Just made a play on #5 Divine Delivery who should be on top.  What a difference a week makes!

Correction: They cancelled races 3 and 4 only, IMO to
make up for time lost waiting for the storm to pass.

(100 gazillion dollar facility and no lights / night racing. Smart.)

They restarted the card at Race 5.

,,,,but to be fair to the original theme and poster, speed and inside(rail) certainly were \"gold\" for the races immediately following the lengthy delay

Those 2 races were cancelled because the horses were past the Lasix window
