We\'ll put up a special for these futures horses. As to others, suggestions are welcomed. The special will be uploaded Friday afternoon sometime, will cost $25 and is autonomous, NOT subject to the online discount schedule.

Somebody decided to open the pool with a 10k bet on \"all others\".  If nothing else, it\'ll bring boarderline punters to the pool, cuz the odds are now sky high.

I don\'t get it? Can the bets be cancelled before the pool closes? Some sort of promotional inducement/manipulation?

i.e. Look I got Dortmund or whomever @ 10/1 oops turns out to be 2/1?

All others @ 1/2? I have the same confusion regarding earlier pools. I guess it is just that all others entails so many possible horses.

This has happened before.  It makes sense if you think you want to bet a large amount on \"All other 3yos.\" If you bet late, you\'ll hurt your price.  If you bet early, others will adjust their betting, so that you end up getting a \"market\" price.

It hasn\'t hit since Animal Kingdom, but historically \"All other 3yos\" has been a profitable bet in this pool.

The special will be up in a little while but we\'re not including the requested horses--they\'re all foreign runners and have no points towards the Derby as yet. If they show up on the Dubai World Cup card we\'ll put them up, otherwise until they show up in North America or appear as part of pool 4, we\'re passing. There will be plenty of others to look at shortly.
