Took a look at his race charts.  I\'m thinking a TG sheet is probably not necessary.

If he gets in, it is sick to think that people would bet enough money that he wouldn\'t be 99-1 or longer.  How short does he need to be for it to make sense to just bet the other 19 in just the right measure to scoop up some of the free money?
