Any idea what is up with Ramsey's horses

HRTV said something is going on and was a bit cryptic--once International Star was scratched, they apparently scratched others on the card.

Ramsey getting ready to fire Chad Brown (brilliant!), which explains Stephanie scratch, but unsure what is going on with other horses.

Are you sure it\'s not the other way around? I\'ve heard from more than one trainer who formerely worked for him that in spite of his millions he is not very big on paying his bills.

Could be Frank.  Certainly that has been the reputation but whether that is the way it\'s going down, no clue.
