Not exactly but it seems you inferred that Cali testing has something to do with future performances of horses who ship to other venues.

My point it\'s possible they are more likely to run their race under supertesting than those who come from places where testing is not as stringent (Florida for example, as detailed in TDN series). I\'m not saying it makes Cal horses faster, I\'ll Have Another and CC didn\'t run faster in KY, just ran back to their tops.
