To keep the recent flooding from happening again:

From now on everyone is allowed five posts per day, times whatever number of years they\'ve been posting here. In other words if you\'ve been here three years you can post 15 times in one day. After a couple of years here people seem to figure it out.

I don\'t want to diminish anyone\'s enthusiasm, but this is not a general hanging out say whatever random thought you have site.

yeah, the thread list was getting a little unwieldy.

We\'ll see how it plays out, can always change it.

Point is, people should be saying something when they have something to say. Going through all those posts is a pain in the butt, and I have to.

Funny qualifies as something to say. Insight qualifies as something to say, whether about handicapping or the industry. Questions qualify. Some of the stuff about tracks visited did. General conversation does not.
