Reminds me of the computer inside guy behind the BC Pick-6 betting scandal (hooray for Volponi!).  He also made good money by going into the system, retreiving and printing out uncashed tickets, and then cashing them.

I\'ve got 10 of them.

Edit: What\'s really funny is people who bought tickets on AP at other tracks and OTBs are trying to sell their $2 win tickets on eBay.  Why would anyone want to buy an uncashed AP win ticket from a venue other than the track?
